It can be processed by MOBAC (Mobile Atlas Creator), that's similar tool as SAS.Planet. Using MOBAC, such tilestore can be converted to many different formats, see

z<ZOOM>\<Y>\<X>.png (or z<ZOOM>\<Y>\<X>.jpg)
I asked MAPC2MAPC author already to support also Google Maps Tiles format, but no answer so far. You can contact the author through contact information on his page

Global Mapper supports it under name "Bing Maps (Virtual Earth) Tiles".
If more SAS.Planet users would be interested for support of "Bing Maps (Virtual Earth) Tiles", I could try to create хотелку, only I am not sure I would create it correctly in Mantis.
