Problem with hi res. maps

Hi everyone
I have a problem with SAS.Planet because unfortunately I can not download (and see) high resolution maps (error 404 or blurry maps when I zoom in/zoom out).
Three months ago I changed the parameters: "Stettings -> Map version" from 689 to 718 and for a short time it was OK.
Now this problem is again. How to fix it?
