Resolution Better on Googel Earth - How/Why?

I seem to get better resolution on Google Earth than I get on Sasplanet.

when sasplanet is on z21.

I am using map version 908 and that's the latest I think.

Why would this be?

So that a screengrab on google earth gives me a better finished picture than a downloaded 'stitch' from Sas.

Sas still necessary and the best though, because Sas gives me pics encompassing wide areas.

The google screengrab is very limited. But it interests me how/why google gives a better picture there. Is n908 out of date?
