New Map Source - New Zealand LINZ Topo

Hello,

Am looking to get a new mapsource added to SAS, New Zealands freely available LINZ (Land Information New Zealand maps). I am not sure what I would have to do, but any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated. I found these other two topics but they do not seem to show me what to do (or I do not understand):

Проблем в том, что отсчет X идет слева, а Y снизу, пока дошло, пока вспомнил, как

Название очень похоже на Генштаб250, нямс, лучше бы поменять, пока не прижилось.
