How made a map work on sasgis

Hi everyone, i've one map to work with Sasgis, but it seems there is a problem to link the data...
here is the cadastrezmp link to try...
two days i search a soution without result...

I've add the "cadastre.zmp" int the maps folder but, if i've the button into the layer ui, it seems to be impossible for it to download something...
