Fix for SASPlanet to overcome translation problem

Hi,

After long wait for correction to problem with incorrectly displayed text in non Russian system locale I finally found way to run new versions of SASPlanet with correctly displayed texts (EN or RU).
I hope that this temporary fix will not stop developers from figuring out what problem with texts is .

Only install SASPlanet, copy fix from above zip archive to installation directory and enjoy new versions of SASPLanet

Did you try the latest version? It pretends to be correctly working in different locales without any fixes.

Однако, решение весьма оригинальное, если я всё правильно понял - запускается песочница с русской локалью, а из неё запускается SAS. И главное, что всё работает. Но решение уже не актуально...

We changed a lot of English phrases. I hope you will enjoy it.
If you find some mistakes or illegible phrases please report, it would make next release even better.

Надо бы изменить заголовок темы про SAS.Planet.110427.Beta так, чтобы англоязычные пользователи сразу видели, что она работает без русской локали.
